This program was exactly what I needed! Meal planning and prepping used to stress me out, and I thought it was a huge time commitment. Before I started the coaching I was eating out/ordering in almost more often than I made meals at home, which I knew wasn’t good for me. But Jess made everything easy to follow, and gave me daily prep options so that it didn’t have to be a huge all-at-once job. Within a few weeks I had cut back my eating out to only once per week which was huge for me! On top of that, I had more energy, slept better, and just all around felt better. I am going to keep going with Jess’s recipes on my own now, they were quick, easy, healthy but so delicious! If you are thinking about signing up, do it – you won’t regret it!
