Our store-fronts in Warman and Martensville are open 7 days a week, pop by anytime! Our website is open 24/7 with options for picking up at the shops, local delivery and shipping Canada-Wide.

Please email us before mailing a return. Full credit will be issued for unopened products returned within 14 days of you receiving the products, of which all products returned must be undamaged and deemed in good enough condition to resell.

• No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.  
• All products on sale are considered final sales.
• If there is a mistake with your order (We promise to do our very best so that there isn't!) but please contact us via email so we can make arrangements to get you your goodies.
• We cannot offer returns or refunds for products due to personal preference or taste issues.
• We cannot offer returns or refunds on product that has already been opened or that is in a condition that is unable to be resold.
• We cannot offer refunds on shipping costs after an order has already been shipped out.

2. FREE Next-Day doorstep delivery to Martensville and Warman on orders over $30 - except on our Monthly Sale Days there is NO delivery (pickup only)


4. FREE doorstep delivery to Saskatoon on orders over $99 (We drive local deliveries out twice a week, so your goodies will be on your doorstep quickly after you order)

5. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150 Canada-Wide and a flat-rate shipping of $15.00 for any orders under the minimum.

6. Free Pick-Up is available at both of our storefront locations in Warman and Martensville for all products and Nourish food/drink items. If you prefer to pickup your items outside the door, give us a call to arrange your pickup time.

We also know you want your Nourish goodies as quickly as possible, so outside of Sale Days (where you can possibly expect a small delay with shipping due to the volume of orders we have to send out), we guarantee that all orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days (although it's typically same-day).

While we do have a Registered Holistic Nutritionist on staff who is happy to assist wherever needed and help you with product selection, we are not your personal Nutritionist or health care provider.
