Hi! I'm Jess. I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and I'm a mum of 2 busy, active kiddos.

As a former Educational Assistant and now as a mom, children's nutrition has always been a passion of mine.   With eating disorders at an all-time-high, it's incredibly important to teach children how to nourish their bodies at this age in a simple, food neutral way while showing them sustainable, healthy habits and helping them form a healthy relationship with food for life.

Teaching children at this age how to nourish their bodies to keep not only their bodies healthy and strong but also their minds so they can keep playing the sports they love to the best of their ability, can truly be life changing for them!
