Nourish & Thrive Nutrition Coaching is all done virtually through our easy-to-use app.  Imagine having your nutritionist in your back pocket?!  Literally!

This nutrition coaching plan is completely customized & designed for you, your specific goals and to meet you where you're at.  

Regardless of your goals, I will create an easy-to-follow plan for you taking into consideration your likes, dislikes and unique life circumstances - combined with simple habit changes to get you the best results!

What Happens when i sign up?

You will start with filling out an intake form so I know what your goals are and any symptoms you may be struggling with.

From there, I will create a plan that is 100% catered to you and your goals.  I like to create plans that are achievable but mainly sustainable.  

I will meet you where you're at so you aren't given a program that you feel overwhelmed with and ultimately give up on because it's just too much. 

Your plan will include:

- Customized meal guide to reach your goals
- Protein & fibre recommendations
- Supplement recommendations 
- Small habit shifts that we will work on incorporating together
 
On the app you will have access to message me with any questions you may have.

Every 4 weeks, I will check in to see how things are going with our current goals, add new habits for the next 4 weeks & make any adjustments needed to your plan. This app includes 24/7 messaging access so at any point if you have any questions, you can always message

Nutrition Program

A completely customized nutrition plan along with access to our exclusive app with your custom habits to work on, your daily custom protein and fibre recommendations and more.  We will make adjustments to this as needed

Supplement Recommendations

With our detailed intake form, we will provide you with supplement recommendations to help you meet your goals.  We will make adjustments to this as needed

Supplement and food/drink discount at Nourish while we're working together

*This is a monthly subscription with a 3 month minimum commitment (Change can't happen in 1 month!)  After that, you can cancel anytime with 1 months notice

I'm a vegetarian/vegan .. is this program suitable for me?

Unfortunately, we are unable to take vegan/vegetarian clients at this time. If you'd like a referral to a nutritionist better suited to you, please shoot us a message

Does insurance cover this service?

If your insurance says "Nutritionist" or "Nutrition services" or if you have a Health Spending Account, you may get some coverage. We recommend checking with your specific insurance company to make sure. If you need a detailed receipt to submit to your provider after purchase, please email us and we'll provide you a detailed receipt

I have allergies .. can I still work with you?

Yes!  Your meal guide and plan will be completely customized to you, any allergies, likes, dislikes and preferences 

How long before I see results?

This really varies for everyone & exactly what your goals are and what we're working on together.

You may start to notice improvements in things like energy levels, sleep or digestion within the first few days.  Other goals like body composition goals, skin health improvements, managing a chronic condition or losing body fat can take a few months or more.

Lasting, sustainable changes are a result of consistent effort over time. We focus on building sustainable habits that will benefit you for life, not just for a few weeks!
