How does It work?

This process uses bioenergetic testing.  Basically, everything holds energy. We’re all made up of atoms and cells that are energy. That energy all has its own frequency and energetic patterns and a hertz measurement is an energetic measurement that you can't see that we can use to measure this - kind of like an EKG, MRI or X-ray which all emit a measurable energy.  

Bioenergetic testing measures the body’s energetic reaction to various substances. It is not meant to be replaced as a substitute for traditional testing that uses blood/urine/stool samples. We highly recommend that you consult with your medical doctor if you wish to have traditional testing.

Does Insurance cover this service?

If your insurance specifically says "Naturopath" or "Dietician" only, this service will not be covered. If your insurance says "Nutritionist" or "Nutrition services" or if you have a Health Spending Account, you may get some coverage. We recommend checking with your specific insurance company to make sure.

The Process

  • Purchase your kit - either online or in store
  • We will ship it to you, deliver it if you're local or you can pick it up at the shop 
  • All instructions are included in your kit - fill out your health questionnaire online at the link provided, fill out your consent form and take your samples as directed
  • Bring your samples back to Nourish or pop them back into the mail to us if we're shipping to you (please note: you will need to pay for return postage if using shipping)
  • Your results will be ready in about 4-6 weeks and we will email you your results along with everything else you need once they are
  • With your results email, we will also include some further details about your scan findings to help you connect the dots to your symptoms. A customized protocol to get you started on the right track and a personalized foods list based on your scan results will also be included.  If you choose to get a customized meal guide along with your scan, you will also receive a meal plan based on your results showing you in detail what to eat in your day to day for best results and to reach your goals
