Hi! I'm Jess. I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Peri-Menopause and Menopause Coach with over 9 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and I'm a mum of 2.
Over the course of working with busy, tired moms for years, there has been a common theme that has emerged - women who are feeling helpless as their hormones start to shift as they age. Yes! We specialize in working with busy women and have designed your workouts to be quick and effective. You will need to dedicate some time each week to schedule in your workouts, plan your meals and check-in, but we aren't expecting hours of your time each week ;)
