Hi! I'm Jess. I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Peri-Menopause and Menopause Coach with over 9 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and I'm a mum of 2.

 Over the course of working with busy, tired moms for years, there has been a common theme that has emerged - women who are feeling helpless as their hormones start to shift as they age. There is a real lack of information out there for women but there is SO much that can be done to help ease these transitions as we go through our lives. This is where our Signature Program comes in.

Hi! I'm Jenn. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping women fit quick, effective workouts into their busy days.

As our hormones start to shift as we age, our bodies actually do much better and respond much better to a different type of exercise than what we were likely doing in our 20's.  OUT are the wild and crazy bootcamp style classes, random workouts and hours of cardio and IN are effective, targetted, strength training workouts and a small amount of HIIT-style exercise that doesn't raise our cortisol.  Let's get started!
