Over the course of working with busy, tired moms for years, there has been a common theme that has emerged - women who are feeling helpless as their hormones start to shift as they age. OUT are the wild and crazy bootcamp style classes, random workouts and hours of cardio and IN are effective, targetted, strength training workouts and a small amount of HIIT-style exercise that doesn't raise our cortisol. Your choice of a simple and effective 12 week at home OR in-the-gym built workout program focused on building strength (not customized). Workouts will be approx 30-45 minutes. Your first month is 3 day a week workouts, your second month is 4 day a week workouts and your 3rd month is 5 day a week workouts. Gym program will include various equipment. At-Home Program equipment needed will be a variety of dumbbells and resistance bands.

Many recipes will have substitution notes to easily make them "dairy-free", "gluten-free" etc. We work closely together throughout the customized program, so if there is a particular recipe that you want to try and need help troubleshooting, I am a message away! The Meal Guide in the customized program will be completely customized to you so if you do have allergies, the customized option will likely be better for you.
Yes! We specialize in working with busy women and have designed your workouts to be quick and effective. You will need to dedicate some time each week to schedule in your workouts, plan your meals and check-ins (if purchasing the customized program), but we aren't expecting hours of your time each week ;)

The Customized Program is just that - completely customized to you, your goals, your preferences, your preferred eating style, takes into account any allergies and for your workouts - is also completely customized for the gym or at-home using equipment you have on hand. We work very closely together with 24/7 messaging, check-ins and work together to create small, sustainable steps to help you reach your goals. This program is incredibly supported and completely customized and only runs 4 times a year.
