Bacon Wrapped
Brown Sugar Chicken Breast
Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts
6 Slices Bacon
2 Tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
Himalayan Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 375 F
2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towel and sprinkle the Swerve Brown Sugar and some salt and pepper
3. Wrap each chicken breast with 3 slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks if necessary
4. Place parchment paper on a baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until your chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 F
5. Serve and enjoy! We served it with a warm pea salad and some rice :)
