Many recipes will have substitution notes to easily make them "dairy-free", "gluten-free" etc. We work closely together throughout the program, so if there is a particular recipe that you want to try and need help troubleshooting, I am an email away!
Yes! We specialize in working with busy women and have designed your workouts to be quick and effective and all of your recipes can be made in under 30 minutes. You will need to dedicate some time each week to schedule in your workouts, plan your meals and check-in, but we aren't expecting hours of your time each week ;)
