- I have allergies. Will the recipes and meal plans work for me?
Many recipes will have substitution notes to easily make them "dairy-free", "gluten-free" etc. We work closely together throughout the program, so if there is a particular recipe that you need help troubleshooting, I am an email away!
- I prefer to follow my certain way of eating and I have a crazy schedule. Will this program work for me?
If you prefer to eat paleo, lower carb, mediterranean based etc or if you need a lot of "on the go" meals to work with your schedule - I suggest purchasing a Supported Mama Program so we can make a fully customized plan that works with the way you prefer to eat and your schedule.

I signed up for wellness coaching with a goal of finding ways to improve the way I’m eating and the way I’m feeling. I learned a ton during my 6 weeks! Simple things that make a huge difference. On top of that I got bunch of great new recipes that I’ll be incorporating into our regular meal schedule. Jess was awesome for answering all my questions and her tips and advice are great! This program was exactly what I needed! Meal planning and prepping used to stress me out, and I thought it was a huge time commitment. Before I started the coaching I was eating out/ordering in almost more often than I made meals at home, which I knew wasn’t good for me. But Jess made everything easy to follow, and gave me daily prep options so that it didn’t have to be a huge all-at-once job. Within a few weeks I had cut back my eating out to only once per week which was huge for me! On top of that, I had more energy, slept better, and just all around felt better.
