Hi! I'm Jess. I'm a registered holistic nutritionist with over 8 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and I'm a mum of 2. I specialize in working with stressed, busy and tired moms to help them regain their ENERGY, feel AMAZING in their skin and BALANCE their hormones. I teach you how to ditch your diet and use real foods to manage your stress, anxiety and balance your hormones.

Hi!  I'm Jenn.  I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping stressed moms fit quick, effective workouts into their busy days.  As a mom of 2, I believe movement is essential to a mom's mental health and that she shouldn't have to give up hours of her day in the gym to get the results she's looking for.

F.A.Q.

- What's the difference between DIY, In-Between and Supported Mama Programs?

The In-Between Mama comes with ONE customized 7 day meal plan and the Supported Mama comes with FOUR customized 7 day meal plans (These are updated bi-weekly as you go through your program)

- I have allergies.  Will the recipes and meal plans work for me?

Many recipes will have substitution notes to easily make them "dairy-free", "gluten-free" etc.  We work closely together throughout the program, so if there is a particular recipe that you need help troubleshooting, I am an email away!

- I prefer to follow my certain way of eating and I have a crazy schedule.  Will this program work for me?

If you prefer to eat paleo, lower carb, mediterranean based etc or if you need a lot of "on the go" meals to work with your schedule - I suggest purchasing a Supported Mama Program so we can make a fully customized plan that works with the way you prefer to eat and your schedule.
