Natural Calm magnesium citrate (150 mg): Natural Calm’s ionic formula is one of the most absorbable forms available. Known as the anti-stress mineral, it works fast to quiet a racing mind, relax muscles and help normalize the heart rate.
GABA (100 mg): GABA, or gamma-aminobutyric acid is a non-protein amino acid that calms the nervous system, promoting relaxation and downgrading anxiety. GABA naturally occurs in the brain, and the form used in Calmful Sleep is synthetic.
Suntheanine® (50 mg): A patented premium form of L-theanine, Suntheanine® is a calm-enhancing amino acid. It promotes relaxation and reduces nervous tension by stimulating alpha wave activity in the brain.
Magnesium glycinate (70 mg): A form of chelated magnesium, it combines magnesium with the amino acid glycine. Like Natural Calm magnesium citrate, magnesium glycinate promotes relaxation.
Melatonin (5 mg): Melatonin is a natural hormone that helps ease the body into restful sleep and increase total sleep time. While melatonin is spontaneously secreted by the brain, some people produce too little, whether because of jet lag, exposure to light or age-related deficiency.
*Note that many users of Calmful Sleep get results at just 1/2 or 1 tsp. Try a smaller dose to start and increase as needed to the maximum dose of 2 tsp.

Recommended Use: Helps to temporarily promote relaxation. Helps reset the body’s sleep-wake cycle, increase total sleep time, and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Recommended Dose: Individual needs vary. Start with 1/2 and increase up to 2 tsp (4 grams), as needed.
Note that 2 tsp of Calmful Sleep contains about 220 mg of magnesium, which is an adequate supplement for many adults. However, if your magnesium needs are higher, or if you are taking less than 2 tsp of Calmful Sleep per day, you may wish to continue to take Natural Calm magnesium to keep your magnesium levels high.
Directions for Use: Add Calmful Sleep to hot or warm water, stir until completely dissolved. (Hot water speeds up the process whereby Natural Calm magnesium becomes ionic and highly absorbable.)
