This is for clients who have already purchased a scan previously (either a full body imbalance scan or a hormonal/nutritional imbalance scan). 

After purchase, I will manually email you out 2 body system assessment forms within 2 business days so we can see how things are going for you since your previous scan.  Once your assessment forms have been filled out, you will hear from me within 4-5 business days with your updated protocol.
