The Kokoa Kamili Fermentary dominates this region and is known for their exceptional quality, attention to detail, and the generous wages they pay their farmers.
Ecuador: Rich and smooth fudge flavour with a subtle hint of fresh flowers, and roasted nuts. All our bars are made with the same 3 natural ingredients. Same low calories, same great health benefits We use the Arriba Nacional variety of cacao beans from Ecuador to make this bar. These beans are known as one of the highest quality beans, with the richest, smoothest flavour, and a unique aroma. These beans also feature above average levels of antioxidants.
Peru: Rich fudgy flavour, with a subtle taste of red berries. All our bars are made with the same 3 natural ingredients. Carefully handcrafted to make for an incredible-tasting chocolate bar, unlike anything you’ve ever tried.
This bar was made with the Chuncho variety of cacao beans from Cusco, Peru. This variety of cacao beans originates all the way back to the 1500s and the South American Inca tribe. This bar is one of the less bitter ones in our collection.
