NOW® Water Out™ is a blend of complementary herbs and nutrients formulated to support healthy urinary tract function and proper bodily fluid balance. Water Out™ features Dandelion, which has been traditionally used to support the maintenance of water equilibrium, as well as Uva Ursi and Juniper, which have been used historically by herbalists to support a healthy urinary tract. In combination with the nutritional components Vitamin B-6 and Potassium, Water Out™ represents a unique and natural way to support proper urinary tract function. Potassium levels may drop when using a diuretic, so it is important to maintains these levels during use.
Directions: Adult Dosage: Take 3 capsules 2 times daily.
Take with food or immediately after a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Do not take with highly acidic foods (e.g. citrus fruits and juice) or medications which may acidify urine. For occasional use only. For use beyond 1 week, consult a health care practitioner.

Buchu (Agathosma betulina) (Leaf) 60 mg
Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 12.5 mg
Potassium (from Potassium Chloride) 49.5 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Rice Flour, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet), or are taking products containing diuretics. Do not use with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt substitutes. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a gallbladder disease, intestinal obstruction, fever, painful urination (dysuria), spasms, or blood in
urine, or if you are taking corticosteroids, NSAIDs, or anticoagulants. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. May cause gastrointestinal and/or kidney irritation; in which case, discontinue use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
